This CPD incorporates an exploration of the relationship between fascia, the microbiome, the lymphatic system and the vagus nerve.
We look at the herbs that provide the best microbiome environment, facilitate flow of nutrients/ hydration, stimulate waste removal and aid communication through these systems to maintain balanced autonomic nervous system health, aid detoxification, reduce inflammation, stimulate repair, improve immune function and enable comfortable movement.
Rachael Maxwell, Medical Herbalist and Applied Herbal Choices for Animals consultant, will be leading the session, and incorporating lots of sensory practical elements. We will also look at case study applications. Jo Rose will also be inputting discussion on fascia and vagus nerve health.
